Hi Jose,

for all users, all messages/bulletins are stored in /info/tmp.
OpenBCM create a file bulletin.bcm and insert in all boards.
In file bulletin.bcm there is that:

agz 999 999
aprs 999 999
tmp 999 999
 all 999 999
 dxnews 999 999
 arrl 999 999
weather 999 999
wp 999 999
xnet 999 999

You do two things:
first time, you move all directory in /info/tmp to /info
second time, you remove in file space in front of the line below tmp

Now, you haven't a directory in /info/tmp and you have that in your file:

agz 999 999
aprs 999 999
tmp 999 999
all 999 999
dxnews 999 999
arrl 999 999
weather 999 999
wp 999 999
xnet 999 999

Start now your bbs, and OpenBCM reorganize your file alphabetically.
You do this once per week. It is not automatic.

You have a second solution, you move all directory in /info/tmp to /info and
you delete a file bulletin.bcm. This operation is hard but you can do it.

You choose your solution.
